Opening registration date: February 1st, 2017

Closing registration date: April 15, 2017

Registration is limited to 60, so an early registration is advised !

Method:

- please create un Sciencesconf account (this will be the same for all manifestation organized with Sciencesconf)

- connect to your personnal account

- complete the Application Form (My space, Register tab): the organizing committee must validate the application and send you the final decision by email.

- conclude the registration process with your payment by chosing your rate category (see below).

Fees (accommodation and meals)

CNRS staff: free

Non - CNRS staff:

-         permanent staff: 550 euros (double room) / 650 euros (simple room)

-         Post-docs, Phd studients: 450 euros

External person: 1000 euros

Cancellation policy: prior to the registration deadline (April 15) we deduct 50% of the according registration fee, after the closing date for registrations no refund will be made except for medical reasons (medical certificate requested).
